Hatha Yoga · Ashtanga Yoga + Picnic
With more than 15 years of yoga practice, Amit always aims to create classes that bring presence, balance and calm into everyday life. Through movement and breath, his goal is to make yoga feel both grounding and accessible.
Amit completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India (RYTTC) in 2024, followed by a 500-hour training in Mysore with Yoga With Srinatha in 2025. His teaching combines traditional yoga philosophy with a modern and welcoming approach.

Hatha Yoga
Katrine's teaching is rooted in a lifelong relationship with yoga, meditation and inner practice. She has experienced the practice as something that continues to unfold, deepen and evolve through life.
With a background within mental health settings, Katrine has explored the connection between body, mind and soul through both study and lived experience. She completed her 200-hour Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 and later continued into a 500-hour therapeutic yoga education.
Alongside teaching, Katrine runs Ek ONG KAR therapy, where she works integratively with physical and mental health, regulation and reconnection - an approach that also informs her yoga classes. Her classes offer space for presence, release and self-inquiry, guiding students back into the body and toward meeting themselves with clarity and compassion.

Breathwork
Oliver Valentin's teaching is shaped by a life of movement, discipline and deep inner practice. He began martial arts at the age of nine and later became a two-time world champion in Ashihara Karate - an experience that gave him a strong foundation in focus, resilience and embodied strength.
After years of high-level training, Oliver turned toward yoga, meditation, breathwork and functional movement to restore balance in both body and mind. His approach is not about performance alone, but about helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, awareness and presence.
Oliver has trained in yoga and meditation in India, completed his 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh and explored disciplines such as martial arts, gymnastics, dance, acting and breathwork. His classes are grounded, clear and accessible - combining strength, mobility, calm and self-awareness in a way that supports modern life.

Her classes are dynamic, playful and rooted in yang energy, exploring styles such as Power Yoga, Rocket Yoga and creative free-flow sequences. At the same time, she carries a deep respect for her Ashtanga foundations, bringing structure and intention into every practice.
Lily believes that happy people create a kinder world and is passionate about guiding students toward growth, balance, joy and self-discovery. She has been a Yoga Alliance certified 200h Ashtanga Yoga and 50h Rocket Yoga teacher since 2023.

Breathwork
I've always found conscious breathing to be such a powerful yet subtle practice for creating space within ourselves — space for introspection, surrender and activation.
I teach in a way where I like to guide a visualization which begins a transformative section and a body movement part
I've been practicing breathwork for several years and have also taught at the DoYoga center. I'm now ready to share a beautiful breathwork practice with you.
I am Emil, a traveler, artist and facilitator.
